Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling and Cancelling. 

Readings can be rescheduled without charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or cancelled without charge at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a $15 fee will be charged.

If rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment, a $25 fee will be charged.

An option to reschedule or cancel is available in all confirmation and reminder emails. 

Late and Missed Appointments. 

Readings that start late will still finish at the scheduled end time. 

If a reading is missed, accidentally or otherwise, without rescheduling or canceling, a $10 fee will be charged to reschedule. Refunds are not available for missed appointments.

Refunds. 

Full refunds are only available for readings cancelled at least 48 hours before the original scheduled appointment time. Readings cancelled later than 48 hours before the original appointment time will be refunded minus a $15 - $25 fee depending on the time frame of cancellation.

Refunds will be processed as soon as they are received but can take between 3-10 business days to be returned to the original payment method depending on the card or banking institution. 

Gift Cards are transferable but not refundable.
